Booking Information
Changeover
Arrival after 1600 hrs departure by 1000 hrs, day flexible but normally Sunday.
Deposit
Payment of min £250 secures the booking and is retained as a deposit against damage. This sum (less the cost of damages) is returned after your holiday.
Rental
The full weekly cost is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. Failure to make this payment jeopardises both the booking and the deposit (at the discretion of the owner).
Currency
Payment may be made in GBP, Euro or Swiss Francs.
Late Bookings
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date of the holiday are to be paid in full, plus a £250 deposit.
Included, Linen, hot water, electricity, underfloor heating, WiFi, TV/DVD, cleaning after your stay, local taxes (Tax de Sejour).
Cancellation The owner reserves the right to retain the deposit for holidays cancelled.
